The Duffett Story

Founded in 1926, Duffett Doors began as a small Auckland business supplying doors for warehouses and growing commercial districts. Over the decades the company expanded into retail, industrial and public-sector projects, earning a reputation for reliability and craftsmanship.

As Duffett’s capabilities grew, so did the range — from simple roller doors to complex automatic, sectional and tilt systems, supported by nationwide service contracts.

In 2022 Duffett Doors joined the ASSA ABLOY group, combining a century of New Zealand manufacturing and service with access to international research, technology and engineering. Our Wiri head office now includes the Rapid Doors division producing the ENVICO range, working closely with ASSA ABLOY’s wider sales and service teams to deliver an unmatched portfolio of door solutions.
